The process
A hypnotisør is generally the one who is well versed in this profession. He speaks in a very calm voice to the patient undergoing hypnose. The way in which he does hypnosis cannot be described. It takes years to research.
The patient is advised to concentrate deeply at a particular point and follow it (if it is moving).
However, it is seen that while hypnotizing the expert looks especially at the eyes of the patient. Trembling of eye lids, relaxation of the muscles, loose facial expression, alteration in breathing process are some possible symptoms that indicates that the patient has undergone Hypnoseuddannelse.
The hypnotist then generally speaks to the patient in order to confirm whether he or she is hypnotized or not. It is the job of the hypnotist to control and move the mind map of the patient and help him/her to recall incidents.
During hypnosis, the patient undergoing hypnose is trained to get back to his/her natural state. Generally, the patient is trained by letting him/her hear to some sounds that will perform like the ‘alarm’ to wake him up. If the patient is not given post-hypnotic treatment or disturbed in the mid of hypnosis then it will result in luring the patient to enter into a trance in his later days.
