Major Info About Brunsons Course aka How I Changed My Game And Pulled In $600

By: Jonny Andrews

My first problem was that I always played loose. When I started to chat with Phil Gordon at Full Tilt Poker he pointed out the difference. To be honest after talking to him I found out I wasn't half the player I was trying to be!

He showed me how when everyone at the table is playing loose the casino is just going to rake in all the cash. Sure it happens slowly, but that's like watching a wounded animal die! Never any fun!

That was pretty much lesson 1. The second time we chatted he showed me how if everyone at the table is playing the same way nobody wins again. This particular eye opening experience taught me how to pick a better place to play. So the bottom line is: if everyone plays loose then everyone looses- likewise, if everyone plays tight then everyone looses.

Well not everyone, the casino makes a mint!

Third chat with Phil at Full Tilt showed me how to play tight in a loose game and to play in loose games only! He pretty much pointed out that if I act like the "odd man" I'll walk out of there with more money than I started with. Now THAT was good info!

My problem had always been playing way too loose and not knowing what sort of game I was in. When I learned 1st to identify the type of game and then 2nd to modify my style to be tight I would get a head. So the next time I went in on my own and came out with $500 in less than 45 minutes!

Yea, that might not be a lot for some people, but for me it was huge! I went from loosing $50 - $300 per night to Making $600! Hey, I was excited.

So there you go, that's my good deed for the day! Play tight in loose games and make sure you're only playing in loose games!
